Eligibility
- The program is open to qualified veterans or active military who are new or existing Fullsurf customers, at all levels of service.
- Veterans – Both active and retired military are qualified to receive the discount for the life of their account. No revalidation is required to continue to receive the credit and the credit is non-transferable to other members of the household.
- The Salute $5 year credit may not be combined with other promotional discounts.
Validation
- New customers must email an image of an acceptable form of validation (a military ID) to support@fullsurf.com to be received by Fullsurf staff to complete the validation. If validated at time of sale the customer will receive a $5 yearly credit on their bill. If validated at a later date, up to 30 days after the sale, the customer will receive credit on their bill starting with the next billing cycle.
- Eligible current customers may enroll by calling or emailing our care team at: 808-582-2552 or support@fullsurf.com.
- Veterans – An image of a military ID is acceptable for validation.
