Priority Support (optional)
Most customers do well with our free basic support — we’re happy to resolve any issues with the service and usually reply the same day.
For customers who need more hands-on help, we offer a priority support tier which costs $5.00 per thirty days. With priority support, we:
- Try to prioritize your questions and issues first
- Are more flexible about helping with things outside the normal scope (client-specific issues, advanced configs, etc.)
- Provide faster back-and-forth via email or text when you’re setting things up
You can enable or disable priority support anytime from the billing portal.
Note: When enabled, your yearly charge limit will be increased by $65.00 and you will be immediately and non-refundably charged for the first month (to prevent abuse).
